Many families in our community have been seriously affected by recent budget cuts, and the Red Cross Food Pantry in Mt. Pleasant has seen a big increase in the number of families it serves (currently 340 to 350 families a month). It was decided at our recent all-congregation retreat that we will help.
It's Official! We Are Now a UUA Welcoming Congregation!

Happy day! As was announced at our celebration service this past Sunday, we have just received official word from Alex Kapitan, UUA Congregational Justice Administrator, that the UUFCM has been recognized as a Welcoming Congregation!
