Papa’s Pumpkin Patch Postponed!
Saturday, October 10
1-3 p.m.
Trip to Papa’s Pumpkin Patch (Family Event) – Due to the probability of rain, we will be going to the Patch on Saturday afternoon. Please note the date and time change. We will be meeting at Papa’s for a hayride and pumpkin picking, followed by cider and fresh donuts. Please join us for seasonal fun. Cost is $8.50 per child, $4.25 for adults and includes one pumpkin per child. Contact Roze Bentley with questions or to arrange rides, if necessary. (989-400-7674)

Sunday Morning Service
Elementary Group (Through 4th Grade) – Thanks be for TREES! We will be honoring trees in this morning’s RE class. Youth are encouraged to remember special trees in their life and share their favorite memories and stories about trees. Upper elementary students are welcome to join the Elementary group this morning, or they may remain in service.
Middle Group (5th grade and above)
There will be no middle level RE until the completion of OWL. Students 5th grade and above will be welcome in the adult services for the duration of OWL classes.

Pajama Party Read-In – Wear your PJs and bring pillows and blankets for a night of reading and storytelling. A light snack and hot chocolate will be served. Bring your favorite books!

OWL
Our Whole Lives is a comprehensive human sexuality course developed by the UUA in partnership with the United Church of Christ. OWL provides accurate, developmentally appropriate information about a range of topics, including relationships, gender identity, sexual orientation, sexual health, and cultural influences on sexuality. It aims to help participants make informed and responsible decisions about sexual health and behavior. Enrollment in this session is open to youth grade 7 and above. Please contact Roze Bentley to register.
