The deadline for mailing your absentee ballot to your clerk is Friday, July 31. However, Michigan’s Secretary of State is recommending, due to delays in the postal service, that you now complete your absentee ballot and directly drop it off at your local clerk’s office or at their local drop box. Click here for list of Michigan drop boxes. You can still drop your ballot off no later than 8 p.m. on August 4, Michigan’s primary election day.
