April 11: What Is the New Normal?

Collectively and individually, we are beginning to emerge from the pandemic. Many people are getting the vaccine, yet some are refusing it; we are beginning to venture out, yet new cases are spiking in Michigan. This won’t be simple or easy, and it may not look like what we had imagined. Who are we becoming, and who do we need to become, in the emerging post-pandemic world? How do we need to shape ourselves and our communities to create the new normal?
