- Is this the sort of request they would make of you?
- Does the email shown after the person’s name match the one you know?
- Does the phone number match the phone number in the UUFCM Directory?

- requests for personal or financial information
- requests for money to be transferred
- a request to return a call, text, or email
- attachments, particularly .exe files
- links – do not click them
